Why Not To Vote For Duncan Hunter
I got an email from Duncan saying that he needed our help. His email is below with our responses in grey.
Hello! I am Duncan Hunter and I am running for President and I am a true conservative. I built the border fence in San Diego and wrote the bill to extend it from California through Texas. As Chairman of Armed Services I rebuilt our military after years of Clinton cutbacks. If you believe in:
. Real action on border security, (a bigger fence, more guys with guns, bigger government, more taxes from the new tax and spend party, The Republicans)
. Standing up to China on trade and on their military build-up (a new arms race/cold war to benefit the Military Industrial Complex of which he is a major player, as was Duke Cunningham, enough wasted money on the military.)
. Protecting the unborn (taking away the rights of women to choose, having government interfere in our lives from the New Party of Big Government the Republicans)
. Defending Second Amendment Liberties (a well regulated militia and the right of the people to keep and bear arms just means more of the same)
. Cutting Taxes (to benefit the rich at the expense of everyone else)
AND...
Making sure our next President has the military and foreign policy experience necessary to win the war on terror! (their strategy for their war on terror is about effective as their war on drugs. we don't need any scare tactics about a war on terror. this war they are in in Iraq is not a war on terror. Republicans letting our young americans stand in the line of fire is a tragic mistake in the war on terror. Saddam wasn't part of the war on terror.)
We should be spending the money from the war on Iraq on conservative things like infrastructure, our debt, social security, medical, education, alternative energies, etc etc etc.
